How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
• With other users, when you publish content, maintain a public profile, comment, follow accounts, or participate in social and live features.
• With service providers that help us operate Flodge, including hosting, cloud storage, authentication, database, live-video, analytics, security, email, and customer-support providers. These may include Firebase and LiveKit.
• When required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Flodge Technologies LLC, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of some or all of our business assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
Children's Privacy
Flodge is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create or use a Flodge account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that personal information from a person under 18 has been collected, we may suspend or terminate the account and take reasonable steps to delete the information.
